so my wonderful fucking loan officer calls me this mornin to fill me in on some lovely news....
my taxes apparently show 0 taxable income, which means i have no income to be worthy of a loan for. if that's the case, i want back the fucking taxes that i most definitely payed the government! zero taxable my ass. so he wants ME to come in and explain my taxes to him. hahaha. am i an accountant? HELLS NO! that's why i PAY someone else to do them for me. so ... he's trying to figure this shit out while i furiate in my corner. grrrr. and if this all doesnt work out, i'll have to shoot for a land contract, provided the owners will go for it, and pull 3000 dollars out of my ass by the closing date, april 30. aint that about a bitch. i finally get things going well for me...and then i get slapped in the face. irritating. very.
hmmm, let's see...other highlights of my life -- work is so wonderful that i made jack shit this weekend. and there's still a month of school left. somebody shoot me now. eesh.
