change is good....
i should be in bed, sleeping. or dead somewhere from exhaustion. but i'm surprisingly not even tired. so yesterday, i actually wake up and make it to all my classes, dont even get my daily nap (geeshh!). suppose to have a spectacular meeting at 2 in the am at work, so i figure...go home, sleep til then, wake up and stay awake all night studying for my last big lab practical of the week. did any of that happen? haha. no.
so i go home and attempt to sleep. it's kinda hard tho when you're phone is BLOWING UP! so after only 2 hours of sleep, i get up, return a few calls, and go get pizza with hollie. catch up with her over dinner since i havent seen her in DAYS! then, time and again, we both agree we need to get homework done so we're gonna leave each other alone. yeah ~ that really happened. instead, we discuss our australia plans and various other things....like my frighteningly accurate horoscopes, and what yesterdays meant. oh ~ that's right, you did read correctly. australia. i'm goin. YAY! exciting, let me tell ya!
then we randomly decide we're going to dye our hair. that minute. so what do we do? put homework off a lil longer...and go to meijer's. nate met us up there and helped us pick out some hair color, then we cruised the make up aisles. i, brandi mason, bought makeup. HOLY.SHIT. then we spent even longer in the perfume aisles. and left smelling like 50 cent grandmas. whorish grandmothers even. we spent incredibly toooooooo much time at meijer's, but it was definitely a much needed laugh. at home, the magic began, and hollie transformed us both. hollie went lighter and is now the owner of absolutely fucking gorgeous blonde locks...and i went darker and own some reddish brown, damn near purple strands. and i'm in love with it! i've never dyed my hair darker before, and i have to say...it's somethin else. shocking. but the more i see it, the more i like it :) and hollie, no matter what you say - yours looks awesome! we're sexy bitches ;)
so by the time we get done, it's almost 6 am and time for me to meet my study buddy at school to begin studying for this lab practical (that i shoulda had down pat by that time...oops). got a lot of work in, went to class, studied some more, got some answers to the exam that brian got to take first and pass on to me (hells yeah, now that's teamwork!), and then finally went and took my own practical. and then passed on more answers to a few more ppl waiting to take theirs.
so now, i'm home. was gonna go to work. but it's thursday. day shift. which means i woulda went in, and gotten pissed that i did cuz instead of doing nothing, i could've gone home and went to bed. so here i am :) at home instead. fuckin right doggie! hehe
so that was my exciting day. and it's not over yet!!! after i recover and get a few hours of sleep, it's get wasted time. cuz i've studied WAY too much this week.
