Japan hasn't 100% failed me (^-^)
I just went to an ATM, and my bank card is functioning again! I'm relieved _(._.)_.
Thats so weird that I couldn't access my money, even through another ATM that normally charges a fee for doing so... That's kind of scary, actually. Hopefully no emergencies happen to me on Dec.31st-Jan.3rd in Japan -.-;.
