>.< was that around 3:00? i know they said there was a "small" earthquake at the head office in Tokyo today (i was in a v-chat with head office people at that time, that's how i know ^.^;;). but yeah, earthquakes are scary >>;;
I guess it could have been... but it would have been more than just a "small" earthquake, for it to reach Yokohama that strongly >.>;. Maybe there were a couple earthquakes going on or something. It was pretty scary, though >.>.
maybe the epicenter was closer to yokohama than the main office... but i think their definition of "small" is slightly different than ours lol! and yeah, i can imagine it was scary! i've only had a small one here (small by my standards..... meaning most of my students, the manager and the JET didn't even notice it ^.^;;;;), and that was scary enough when i was by myself in my apartment >>
I'm used to Missouri weather, which sports hellish flooding/tornadoes/hail storms/etc... I yawn at all those things, but earthquakes are so foreign to me, that I always freak out XD;.
Well, no heavy stuff was thunking off the shelves, but a few books fell, and papers went everywhere in several rooms -.o;;;. It was a bit stronger than that one we were in, so yeah, I was not in good shape XD;. *on the floor*
Were there any earthquakes in Korea? Japan gets them way too often ^^;;;.
No earthquakes in Korea that I knew of. In fact, it was perfect weather/conditions the entire time I was there, althought it was too hot by the end of the trip.
