OMGOSH IT'S FINALLY DONE AFTER AGES.
My Author permission letter!!
The only problem? Except for linking LJ users, I don't know how to make hyperlinks in LJ. I SWEAR I'VE GOOGLED IT A BILLION TIMES! (I also don't know how to use emoticons.) Still so much to learn...
Anyway, here it is:

Hi! My name is snowyleopardess, and I’m contacting you today about your amazing fanfiction (insert link to it here). I love it, and, with your permission, I’d like to ask if I could have the honor of making your work into a podfic. (Reasons why I love their specific fic)
If you allow me to perform your work, I promise to:
The main places I’ll be posting the podfic at will be my livejournal, the Deancastiel (or) Sassy-otp community, Castiel Livejournal community, and maybe Archive Of Our Own. If there are any other places that you would like this work to be made available, please let me know and I will try my best to post it there as well.

If you allow me to perform your work, I promise to:
- Never take credit for anything except for my audio performance of the work
- Credit you in both the posts and in the recording of the podfic, as well as any other titles, and file names.
- Always put your name and a link to your livejournal first in posts; and, if there is not an option for two names, to put your name only.
- Always link back to the fanfiction itself so you can get your deserved feedback.
- Keep in regular contact with you in case of any questions, grievances, specific requests, and so on.
- Not expect you to take responsibility for uploading, posting, linking, editing/beta-ing, or passing the word around for the podfic. (You’re free to do it if you’d like, I just want you to know you don’t have to)
- To keep the fanwork and links to it within a ‘fannish’ sphere as much as I am able.
- To get in contact with you before making any decisions should any unusual circumstances pop up.
