college, and such.

oday was fun. Anthony woke me up at about 10 as usual, I made him wait around and took a shower as usual and we headed to a bank to get him a bank account opened to get his checks cashed. Assholes wouldn't let us because he had to have a parent there. So we went to Target and I ended up knocking over a few shelves and breaking a few things, so we bolted to Wal-Mart and did the same thing there. We somehow thought up microphones, I mentioned Radioshack having good ones and we went to hunt a Radioshack down. He told me there was probably one down the road a ways because they're everywhere, and we indeed found one a mile later. We also found a Peter Piper where we got a bunch of tickets by hunting for coins under the machines. Bahaha, we cashed 'em in for crazy-colored gel bracelets and a couple rings. The guy working there thought we were gay, it was hilarious. "Uh...you want the pink one or what?" "yeah, pink rocks!" We also got sweatbands out of a coin machine in Wal-mart. Oh damn we are blingin' now. We then went to Radioshack and for no reason bought a pretty damn nice microphone. It was on clearance for 20 bucks and it was regularly like 50. We went to my house and messed around with it on my guitar amp, then went to his house. We got bored and I fell asleep on his bed while he watched TV and ate cheese. He came in the room later and kicked me awake holding something and he said "pizza?" so I said "Pizza? PIZZA!" and lunged for whatever was in his hand, which I believed to be pizza, and fell on my face on his floor with my ass in the air. It was great. He actually did make a party pizza, it was good. Then we went to the park, and we just sat in the grass and talked about college. A little kid named Robert also came by and sat in the grass beside us and discussed it.

Eh, I'm torn. I want to go to ASU, the college with AZ's best music program, live in a dorm, be a crazyass and such. But college is so damn expensive...I'll probably be able to get by, being a bartender and all, but still, that's debt for the rest of my life. I could go to a community college, but there's some downsides...no dorm room, no friends, and not half as good of a music program. A real college just sounds like a more rewarding life experience, you know? Bah.

Plus, I'm going to bartending school obviously. That probably costs a ton of money on it's own right.

I'm gonna be a junior this year...two years until I'm on my own. Aaahhhh...it's scary to think about. I feel like I was a stupid naive freshman two years ago. I know I'm a damn smart kid and I've breezed through life and high school based on intelligence alone, but man, I'll actually have to work for a living soon. Spooky.

Ee, but for now I need to focus on what's important at the moment- guitar, and starting my webcomicmangathing. I really, really need a good inking pen and some big paper for the style I want to do, and good colored pencils wouldn't hurt. Let's not forget actually improving my style, a LOT. *sweatdrop* Ooh, and losing 10 pounds so I can be an anorexic-looking anime character! *gets dropkicked*
