Alyss - The Will of the Abyss
"Alice" - Ambigious

There is nothing really known about "The Will of the Abyss". Her existence is a mystery with others only acknowledging her as the heart of the Abyss and what the Abyss wants.
However what is known about her is all through the research of Barma and the witness of Alyss herself by Kevin (Break). "Alice" used to be human a hundred years ago but she wasn't just a normal human. "Alice" was a girl trapped in a tall tower kept away from human society because she was dangerous. That danger however, isn't exactly explained but only inferred. As a young girl would feel, "Alice" felt very lonely in that tower until one day a man named Jack Vessalius found her and kept her in constant company. He was extremely sweet to "Alice" and she loved him dearly. It almost seemed that she could live a happy life only there is a twist. There are two "Alice"'s in the body of the girl, one a pure and cheerful young girl who just wants company, and another who is the complete opposite of that "Alice" and not as naive about the world.
Jack figures out this truth after a period of time since their conversations would often cut off and not connect, her tastes in books and tea would change, and sometimes the air around the pure little girl...would become stale. He asked "Alice" "Who are you?" during the time something seemed wrong. First there was a look of surprise on "Alice"'s face but then after another moment it almost seemed like an innocent mask was taken off when she reveals her true nature with a cold smile. She claims that "the brat" is the one in the Abyss who is able to come to the surface through this body. They are connected, and so they are both "Alice". What is tricky about this situation is that it is unknown whether or not "Alice" told the truth to Jack about the other being the one from the Abyss but, that is not yet revealed.
The next thing known about Alyss' past was the Tragedy of Sabrie, where the human "Alice" had died by the hands of an unknown person with a pair of scissors. Who it was remains a mystery still.
Finally, we come to the time of Alyss being the Will of the Abyss. Kevin had met her when he was pulled into the Abyss due to being an illegal contractor. She appeared in a dazzling white gown with white hair (note: During the time she was human her hair was brown.) and seemed rather normal stating her name to him. It wasn't until she suddenly reached out to take the mans eye that Kevin knew she was insane. Her loyal friend Cheshire and all the other chains that were present told him that this was chaos as they laughed continuously. Then, in a moment they ceased and everything was silent again. Alyss claims that the eye is for Cheshire, who had bandages covering his eyes. (Note: "Alice" had a real cat named Cheshire whose eyes were taken out by a boy named Vincent. This Cheshire is a chain in that seems to be half human and half cat.) They had planned to take out the other eye as well but Vincent appears in the Abyss and soon after there seemed to have been an earthquake. This was because the gate to the Abyss had been opened causing exactly what is the Tragedy of Sabrie. In this tragedy a whole city was swallowed by Abyss sometime after the human "Alice" died on the surface. Upon seeing him Alyss was extremely disturbed and Vincent only makes it worse claiming that Jack Vessalius was dead. It was then the whole Abyss starts to crumble with Alyss screaming. Kevin stops her calling out that he will do anything for him to grant his wish. She agrees, wish tears in her eyes before telling him what his wish was and sending him back to the surface.
That wish is still unknown to anyone expect Kevin and herself.
The last thing known about the Will of the Abyss is a hundred years after the Tragedy when she is after the boy named Oz Vessalius, the descendant of Jack Vessalius. She hates the chain who shares the same name as her (and who have once shared a body with her) and would constantly taunt her about being the Black Stained Rabbit, someone meant to be alone. So in order to make Oz hers she follows out her plan and brings (chain) Alice, Oz, and Gilbert into her dimension telling Oz to leave that Black Stained Rabbit and stay with her. He refuses and shoots her white rabbit form (which was only a plush she used) causing her dimension to break as the trio goes back to the surface with only the Wills echoing words of hate in the air.

The simple term to describe Alyss would be that she is unstable. Her personality seems to switch from calm and graceful to dangerous and mad. Perhaps it can be said that she is all things but when speaking to her others can't always tell she has such an ugly side to herself unless she shows it suddenly. She tends to go through personality switches quite often, angry one moment then happy the next. These mood swings are extremely dangerous, especially since she can destroy anything in her realm at will.
She is lonely and selfish, with only her chains/dolls and Cheshire for company. She is extremely possessive over both Cheshire and Jack. But because even Cheshire has left her, seeming to favor the other Alice (chain) more like Jack did it could almost be said that (chain) Alice had taken away everything that was important to her. It may be unintentional but of course Alyss doesn't care about these things. When trying to connect the personalities of the human "Alice" with the Will of the Abyss and the (chain) Alice it appears that the (chain) Alice is actually the pure one back when they were human. This could only mean that Jack and Cheshire preferred her more over herself, causing the Will of the Abyss hates (chain) Alice. This is what leads to the constant taunting about how (chain) Alice deserves only to be alone when in the Abyss. Unlike (chain) Alice she did not lose her memories and clearly remembers any hate and grudges she still holds. She is very dependent on others but doesn't have anyone capable of depending on.
Her madness was first seeded by a child named Vincent Nightray who Jack had took in as a servant. Despite being the same age the darker "Alice" would always taunt the boy for having different colored eyes. She said that to have a red eye attracts misfortune and she made sure Vincent never forget that. The dark "Alice" took pleasure in this taunting but when the boy fought back it seemed that the purer "Alice" was the one that suffered. This may have caused a mental disorder in the girl which continued even into the time she was in the Abyss. This is not the only possibilities. Alyss also may be insane because her loved ones do not really belong to her. Why she is here, or what her intention really is is unknown. She's too unpredictable and treats everything, even human lives, as a game. She doesn't seem to be afraid of death, but that is probably only because she has only lived in her dimension where she is the ruler or everything. Nothing can threaten her in the Abyss.
Alyss' mind is of a child despite having been in the Abyss for over a hundred years. There is no such thing as time in the Abyss so that doesn't really help much with her maturity at all. She likes dresses, playing with dolls, and having tea parties like any little girl of that time would. But because Alyss is also quite spoiled in a sense if something does not go her way she can throw a tantrum. This tantrum is horrible in the abyss, since again things will start to crumble and break until she either forget about her tantrum or calm down; only then is Abyss will remain stable once again.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
Sadly as this sounds, Alyss doesn't really have any strenghs once taken out of her dimension. She doesn't have any powers outside of the Abyss and without it she's just a normal girl. The problem with her being a normal girl is that she's also not used to socilzing, focusing only on her wants and needs (Jack and Cheshire.)
However if we thrown in the Abyss Alyss is the queen of her dimension. She can create and destroy changes and change anything in the Abyss at will. So to put it shortly, Alyss is at her best when in her own dimension. However, if she is elsewhere anything can be treated as a weakness. She's too dependent on others so if she didn't have anyone to rely on...she probably wouldn't survive.

In the Abyss there were no hallways, no walls, only broken floating objects in the cold vast place with no sun. The giggling continued for a few more seconds before it stopped and the whole Abyss silent again. The voice was coming from none other than the Will of the Abyss. She was holding a doll, bringing it to life with her powers.She had been watching them, the boy that she has been looking for with his servant and that disgusting chain. That boy was destined to be his, she knew. He had blond hair and green eyes that looked just like Jack, Jack Vessalius. Jack was hers, and so Oz would be too. They were close so she was ready to do what she had to so that she was to gain that boy.
"It won't be long now~" She smiled, but her face seemed twisted. "You think he'll want to play dolls?"
She was saying this to no one in particular, there was only her and her dolls anyways. Speaking to chains was of no use...she could really only talk to herself. If only Cheshire was here. This was all the Black Stained Rabbits fault. She was going to return the favor, and take away Oz from her. That chain doesn't deserve him. "Then he could just throw her away..."
Another moment of silence seemed to fill the Abyss and it seemed not a single chain was making a sound. Then a small voice sang in this dark silence before she send the doll on its way.
"Let's play~..."
