Point form update. Notable things of late.
+ Work is going well. I feel respected at my job and for once in my life, have enough money to cover my expenses.
- The commute to Bayer's Lake Industrial Park is balls.
+ I've been cycling every day the weather has held up to use my bicycle.
- There has hardly been a sunny day since May.
+ I just bought a speedometer and bell for my bike.
+ The bell reminds me of youthiness. :)
+ My gardens are doing well.
+ Pennyroyal, petunias, and marigolds are all growing happily.
- I can't find more pennyroyal, but am still looking.
+ Many of sunflowers are over 4 feet tall (and still growing).
- Someone ripped out my Nepeta "six hills giant" catmint. :(
- I still have to regularly keep up with aphids and ants.
+ We have a tomato growing in our living room.
+ I finished paying off my visa for the first time in more than 2 years.
+++ Made it to the FREE Offspring show on Saturday night!
+++ Found Chris and Nathan there, and spent the entire set in the middle of the mosh pit!
+ I was a muddy muddy mess.
+ I got a shirt and a few bruises to prove it.
+ Sara made a delicious bean salad for dinner tonight.
+ Had a jam session Sunday night with a king's friend.
- Missed the open-mic on Cornwallis Street last night.
+ I am thinking about buying a car.
- Cars are hexpensive.
+ Could shave 40-90 minutes off my daily commute.
+ Finally got a haircut.
- It was more expensive than I was hoping.
+ Looks (and feels) good though. :)
+ Looking forward to having more non-work related things to talk about.
+ The clouds seem to be parting.
