Stressed out
Bah, work has had me so stressed out this past couple of weeks. HR has been investigating the situation with my supervisor, and thankfully, they are really on top of things. They finished the investigation yesterday, and Leslie, my HR rep, said they would be talking to Bryan, my supervisor, this morning with his boss. She thanked me for bringing the situation to their attention, and said I had definitely had cause to complain, as all my co-workers had backed up my story when she interviewed them.
I'm trying not to be obvious it was me who went to HR, so I don't bring it up at work. Bryan came in about 11:00 and was remarkably calm. It doesn't look as though they fired him, but he is going on "vacation" for a good solid week, and is not on call. I think they told him to go see a therapist, and take some time away from work to get his problems worked out so that they don't interfere with his job performance anymore. YAY! I like the guy, I didn't want him to get fired, I just want to be treated in a professional and respectful manner. I got my wish granted, Tahra is a happy camper.
All this stress has been giving me migraines and making it hard to sleep at night. So glad its pretty much over. If anything happens from this point on, I just have to go to Leslie, and he's pretty much fired.
