Weight Loss...again

So J is getting almost all of her teeth pulled today.  She is going to be on a liquid diet for the next 3-4 weeks.  I've been wanting to lose weight so I thought I would do the same and see if it works.  I figure my competative streak will help me stay honest.  I'm focused on having about 1200-1300 calories per day.

10:30 am
So far I've had 1 20oz Coke Zero @ 0 calories and 1 Slimfast @ 190 calories. I also took a dexitrim.  We'll see how the day progresses.

2:50 pm
I have had a 33.8oz sparkling water @ 0 calories and 1 more Slimfast @190 calories.  I'm getting pretty hungry so I'm trying to drink a lot.  This is causing me to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes or so.  How annoying.

4:35 pm
I have had 1 more Slimfast for a total of 3 for the day.  Calories for this one are the same @ 190.  I'm still hungry every once in a while but I'm trying to drink lots of liquids.  I walk the floor from 4-5 pm.  To improve my weight loss I am walking quickly.  Lots of comments and it's making me sweat so I assume it's working.

6:22 pm
Hungry again.  I'm drinking a 12oz coke zero @ 0 calories.  if that doesn't quiet my stomach I'm going to drink another slimfast.  I'll need to buy more as I'm going through my 6 pack at an alarming rate.

Still hungry after the pop so I'm drinking my fourth slimfast.  That's another 190 calories.  Still well below my goal of 1200 calories.  I'm a little worried about tonight.  I normally eat alot at night so I'm not sure if I can stick to the liquid diet.  I'll update you tomorrow with my success.

Night
Fell off the band wagon.  At about 10 pm I had 1/2 a box of mac and cheese that's aprox 615 calories.  Still that's only 75 above my calorie max so it's not too bad.
