My Life as a boring 3000 page book that no-one buys.
As it's been the mandatory 2 weeks since my last real post I thought I'd bring everyone up to date on the boring humdrum that is my life. I am determined to have my wedding. I have set a firm date (Sept 2nd 2007) and am now working towards it. First I have put myself on a diet and exercise plan. This is going so-so. The diet is easy (taking on a manager job gaurantees that you lose weight, you never eat and do everything at a dead sprint) The exercise is slipping but I'm gamely trying to continue. I didn't do any exercise from friday-tuesday because the exercise room was locked but I started back up today and have 25 minutes under my belt. (only 35 to go) I'm also putting myself on a budget so the bribes will be few and far between now. I have $40 a week for allowance...that's for everything like clothes and socks and writing utensils as well as fun stuff. (this is also helping with the diet) My wedding will be Lord of the Rings themed with the female participants in elven gowns and the males in gondor/rohan style tunics. Everyone has to pay for their own outfit. (which is why I'm having SCAdians in the wedding party) I'm currently looking for a seamstress that can make my wedding party's clothes. I am also trying to plan a honey moon that Jamie and Emmy will be able to come along to but that's still in the works.
I'm going to the museum this weekend with Micah and Josh (who are getting along swimmingly, thank the gods!) I have already bought the tickets and can't wait! And gaming group, fear not, this won't interfere with the gaming at all.
Work is going great. One of the Leader Interns dropped out of the program which sucks but other than that I'm having the time of my life. I'm always busy, I'm constantly under pressure, and I can't stop thinking of work, even at home...somehow this works for me!
