From a reference librarian's point of view, anyway...I just did that thing where a person comes up and asks me a question, I don't know the answer, I run some searches, I GET the answer but don't realize it, and I give the patron the wrong answer or send them off in another direction. She'll get the answer eventually; I just wasted her some time and realized about 10 seconds too late that I actually had the answer sitting there on my computer if I just would have clicked another link. By the time I realize, it is too late to go running after her. DAMMIT. I hate it when I do that; it's worse than not getting an answer at all! Bad librarian :( Come back, girl! I know where the undergraduate honors theses for the department of public policy are kept! I can give you the call number! I can tell you how to get there!! Come baaack :(
