The Coming of the DVD

After 5 solid days of hard core work, I have completed the DVD compilation of photos and video from my road trip. Rather than just dump the photos on the DVD like some kind of data disk that you'd have to bring up on your computer, I used Final Cut Pro to weave together a slideshow that can be viewed with any DVD-Video player on Earth. Ehh I'll probably end up making the DVD free. There's no real point in charging people 50 cents to have a copy of my silly slideshow. I can't speak for everyone, but I find slideshows boring and dull unless they're my own photos. With this in mind, I've tried to make the two hour video as fun and fascinating as I could (With the very best photos and great background music), but I know people are still going to have issues with me asking money for a slideshow.

Plus, I'm only really gonna need to send out maybe two dozen or so DVDs anyway. It's not a bad deal. I just need to find an elegant way to ship them. The lighter, the cheaper.
