So Ive clearly lost some weight, around my mid section too. Which has been my goal... need to slim down a bit more so my abs are highlighted more. I know I'm not going to achieve the crazy over the top super hero body... fun as that might be.
But I don't have the looks anyway, not an attractive guy, and ever going to be pursued or anything.
But I'm just going for feeling okay with my shirt off, not hating what I see in the mirror and eventually... being able to be out in public shirtless and maybe get my tattoo. Don't want to let a certain person kill that dream.

So the lost weight is hugely encouraging. And if I keep up the biking I can hopefully make it really stick, the changes are making a noticeable impact on my new baselines. And I just bought new jeans too lmao... but my tail looks pretty good in them I think so worth wearing a tighter belt. Or putting a new hole in the ones I wear normally.
