spent the last 3-4 days on it, when i should have spent uh. maybe 2.5 days or so?
then i thought i'd finished it at like. 1am last night, so i went to bed thinking i'll re-read it one last time this morning. then 10 mins aft i got into bed, i realised that my essay had some really bad parts in it. like. didn't fit the argument at all?
so this morning i just spent another 1/2 days on it :(
now i'm really really behind schedule for studying for my midterms... lalala. going to leave the midterm that is for the same module as the essay for the last one to study for, because since i've already spent so much time on the essay, i should work on the other modules first (which don't have essays, so the midterms take up more weightage), and also coz i think that module will need a ton of memory work (not sure if that justifies leaving it till the last, coz i'll either 1) have a fresher memory of what i've revised, or 2) cannot finish/don't have enough time to fix it properly in my memory lol)
oh yes. i printed the essay, then somehow when i print things on one-side on my printer, the paper comes out all curved like... semi-rolled up? then when i print on the other side, it'll usually become nice and flat again. but this module wants us to print the essays on single-side... so i just stuck the papers back into the printer, and printed 8 blank pages on the other side, so the papers will be come flat again :$ a bit waste electricity lar... but it's almost like ironing the essay lol... >< and i only did it coz it's sth i have to submit, and usually i print double-sided anyway, so normally i don't waste electricity liddat haha...
and crap. i forgot page numbers... but they didn't ask for it in the instructions, so i'll just write in pen. lazy to reprint again :D
(edit) OH YA... i just remembered! one of the tests is open book! <333 HAPPY. it's a stats-ish module (intro to econometrics... but like the lecturer said, it's not really econometrics yet, mostly it's just stats sort of like in jc math)... so i guess it means i don't have to spend time actually memorising stuff, just can read through and stick all the forumlae on the same piece of paper, and then practise doing qns... i *think*/hope it'll take less time than actually memorising every bit of info in the notes, and *then* doing practise questions lol... *hopehopehope* :D
:D
