So I really liked the premise (sure it's OOC but it's cute) of the single father!Loki AU prompt. The surprisingly quick fill was also a pleasant surprise. However, HOWEVER! Whenever I see Jörmungandr running around as one of Loki's kids, I picture this thing from WoW instead. (Obscure reference is obscure.)
I've been wanting to do a Thor fic rec list. Before I get to that, though, I just want to gush about how UTTERLY BREATHTAKING is hummingbirdmoth's Red Ruin, and the Breaking Up of Laws (formerly named Apomixis). The IC-ness (of all the characters!!) is nothing short of amazing, the language is taut and beautiful, the plot is realistic (and we are talking about mpreg plots here!). I just, lovelovelovelove it. On a scale of 1 to 10, I totally give this an 11.
And I'm confused by Loki/Sif and Loki/Darcy. Shouldn't it be Thor/Sif and Thor/Darcy, if anything? Loki, are you stealing your brother's women somehow? (Granted, I think this just proves that Loki fangirls are everywhere in the fandom....)
