This entire evening, I've been playing
Yerushalayim Shel Zahav (
Jerusalem of Gold), sung by the late Ofra Haza at Pa'amonei Hayovel (Bells of the Jubilee), in an endless loop.
Yerushalayim shel zahav
Veshel nechoshet veshel or
Halo lechol shirayich ani kinor.
Jerusalem of gold
And of bronze, and of light
Behold, I am a violin for all your songs.

New project: to learn to sing this song in Hebrew. :)
Also, I was looking for a female version of Hallelujah. I was quite pleased by the
Alexandra Burke version. The arrangement of the second part was different, but interesting. (Kind of Cher vs Nancy Sinatra on Bang, Bang...)
Some of Cohen's original lyrics:
I did my best, it wasn't much
I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch
I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you
And even though it all went wrong
I will stand before the Lord of Songs
With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah
