Meal Plan

Well... I went to the gym today for my first "real" session with my personal trainer. Let me just say I am going to be sore tomorrow... damn she is going to kick my ass. I also recieved a meal plan which I am supposed to stick to as much as possible. It looks like a pretty yummy meal plan too. I still get to eat everything I like, just different quantities. It's a very well balanced meal plan, so I will be getting most of what I need and currently don't get.
However, I am also going to be on about 3 different supplimental pills to help speed up my metabolism and burn more fat. That's gonna be a bit pricey.Think I may double check with my doctor to assure everything they will give me isn't going to harm my body, or affect my other meds I am on (BC).
Well, my goal is supposed to be losing 10lbs in ~6 weeks. That is also replacing some of the fat with muscle. I should lose about 1 1/2 lbs a week. Here's hoping it works. A toast to my exercise program, may it work and may I keep whatever weight I do lose, off.
