(no subject)
I just got back from Thanksgiving break!
It went really well...all the way from the excellent conversationalist I sat next to in the airplane on the way, to having my Church Music teacher, Dr. Ligate, take me back to school after I got a seat next to her on the airplane on the way back.
Isn't that funny? If it made sense? lol
Anyway, I got to spend time with my family, and we decorated the Christmas tree differently this year: we made paper snowflakes and hung them up as ornaments along with silver and blue ribbon. It may sound really tacky, and I thought it would be at first...but it looks awesome.

And I saw some people I miss a lot, including Matt Clipp, Lauren (HI LAUREN!), and Kathryn (who never updates her LJ lol)...and I'm SO glad I got to see them!
Sorry we didn't get to hang out JenniLynn :( I miss you and we'll definitely get together over Christmas break, K?
Finally watched the 3rd Harry Potter movie (after searching like 4 video stores), and it's pretty much awesome. I also saw the Polar Express (don't laugh, you know you love that book!)
I also bought a "Pirates of the Caribbean" pillowcase to go with my blanket.
Yep.
Obsession.
So, now I have two papers due tomorrow and I'm kinda nervous about the next couple of weeks because:
1. I have like 15 finals (not exaggerating)
2. I have a huge amount of homework, make-up assignments, and extra credit to do if I have a prayer of making all A's and B's.
3. I'm not sure how many more recitals I need to go to, but I'm sure it's too many.
4. I still have to memorize all my songs for voice lessons.
and...
5. I have NO idea how I'm getting HOME for CHRISTMAS!! :(
Road trip, anyone??
Well, now that I've reached my rant quota for the day, I think I'll get working on those papers, one of which is about an Orthodox church service I attended last week. (Very interesting)
