I quite like Lancashire Hot Pot. It reminds me of Karelian Hot Pot. Nummy. I've been known to lick the dish afterwards. Let this be a lesson to Finns coming to the UK. Or something.
Even if the recipe I've linked to isn't the same my family uses, no. It's a lovely stew that takes a while to prepare. Or, in the case of Co-Op's Lancashire Hot Pot ready meal, five minutes in the microwave, since I'm cheap.
