Visible Human Viewer--Thinly Sliced Human
WARNING for grossness--human cadavers and all that. So eating while surfing is not recommended. I find it... fascinating. I heard about this some years ago and wondered if there was a website... and there are several!
The Visible Human Project for the US National Library set out to map the human body by cutting bodies to one-millimetre slices (or smaller) all the way down and across for SKIENCE. You can view different slices on this Java applet viewer. They've also got short .mov format clips in which you can literally fly through the human body.
