Good Thing: Got some dole money so my bank account's not in the red any more.
Bad Thing: When I went to a cash point the fucking machine swallowed my card because of the previous overspending. >.< FUCK. It was my Visa one as well. And I desperately need it by Tuesday because I can't pay for the Connotations hotel room without it. And may have to cancel the whole fucking trip thanks to it. THERE WAS MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT, YOU FUCKWITS. And their phone customer service lady said it might take UP TO A WEEK before the card gets delivered to my branch. And even then I might not get it back. PERKELE. Apparently they might have a thing where you need to pay silly amounts of money to get the card fetched from the machine super-quickly, so here's hoping. This really couldn't have happened at a worse time, I tell you. Fuckwits.
Good Thing: appointment with nurse in the morning went well. Meds helping with alcohol, the weaning off of. And the mirtazapine medication is helping my mood a LOT so I'm fairly cheery more often now, and am inspired and everything.
Bad Thing: Came home to see cat with actual turds hanging off her arse AND hurked hairballs on the floor. Am considering shaving the bastard.
Bad Thing: Did henna today and the first batch was absolute shite. I had two sessions, each of which consisted of putting the muck into my hair and sitting in a heated sauna for 45 minutes at a time. Which left me pretty exhausted and I nearly fainted. Gah.
Good Thing: Second batch of henna was fantabulous and Grousehair is looking spiffy! Spiffy, I tell you! I'm ready for my close-up now, Mr. DeMille. Speaking of which: anyone want to hang out with me in Helsinki about midday or afternoon tomorrow? I'm desperate to go shopping while there are still frills and pretty things in the shops, the winter stuff looks dreary. Also, much posing for the camera in ClosetGoth frills would be fun, just to improve my self esteem.
