Conrad Veidt: Million Dollar Man
So, yep, this is what I've been working on for the past week or so. I've been meaning to vid this song to Connie for two years now, pretty much, and it's the reason I taught myself to vid in the first place (and why I made a short comedy video before attempting anything on this scale). I first heard this song on my birthday, August the 30th, 2012 while tipsy from champagne and taking a Tumblr break from watching All Through The Night for the first time. I wandered onto one blog that had autoplay music on, and was too drunk to find the buttons to turn the music off, and then *this* song came on. Yep, it's that ultimate supervillain's girlfriend's love song: Lana Del Rey's Million Dollar Man. Pretty perfect for so many hot villains, but since it's all Bond theme-y and jazzy and old-fashioned and vampy, it's one of the few modern songs that I think works for old films as well.
