As for the Scottish nanny, she says
"you understand? Bring -" the next couple of words seem to be Gaelic! But translate into English as "these things" or "this and that", then she adds "fixed-down labels," which I presume means to make sure the name and address labels are secure on whatever luggage "this and that" are.
