It's from the Simpsons. The motto under the statue of the town founder is A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man.

I also love how Two seems to be pointedly ignoring/refusing to make eye contact with the War Chief throughout the picspam.

That scene is great because Two is just so avoidant all the time. Actually, I love how he's pretty avoidant *every* time he's close to the War Chief, and the War Chief is constantly breaching his personal space, looming close behind him or putting his arm around him and purring at him. That and the "OH SHIT, IT'S HIM!" when Two recognises him... yeah, it'd be weirder if he *wasn't* The Evil Ex:P.
