Travel arg
Ug. I'm going to have to get up at 5AM to catch a coach to Tampere for the flight.
Also, thetrainline and Virgin Trains can just FOAD right now. It seems it's the easiest option to go to Hinckley by train, but I can't book train tickets online if I don't have a major credit card AND show it when I get the tickets from a machine. Which buggers things up nicely. And the fact that the site keeps going FUBAR whenever I feed in my details ("someone's already registered with those details! Cannot cope!" "Yes. ME. You just asked for those details, you stupid bastards.") doesn't help either. So, meh, going to have to buy the tickets from a train station, i.e. pay either 40 pounds or 150 pounds for the same trip depending on the mood of the person behind the till. *headdesk*
Anyway. Most of the stuff is sorted now travel-wise, only the getting to Hinckley bit is tricky. Which is probably some kind of accomplishment, because it's *counts* car-coach-bus-plane-coach-coach-bus and possibly one more bus tomorrow sorted and that's quite a lot. I wonder if I should tentatively say yes to the Thursday night dinner at Hinckley? When are you guys arriving, anyway?
