Another lengthy absence. I've mostly been updating on Facebook, shorter entries for a busy girl.
I'm still looking for a job, this is not a great time of year for job-hunting. We're still hoping to move this summer to attend the University of Montana. We have changed our minds on what we'd like to major in. I had initially wanted to look into Radiology, and Sky Pharmacy, but we were looking at the list of majors last night and something caught my eye...Wildlife Biology. I've always loved biology classes, I took a few different ones during high school. Biology and band nerd. :D Anyway, this also ties into an old-ish dream of mine (and coincidentally Sky's, too) of eventually opening up a wildlife sanctuary. So, the new plan is for both of us to major in Wildlife Biology, I'll minor in Animal Psychology and he'll possibly minor in Business Administration. It'd be nice to travel and study different types of animals first, though, and with a possible move to Alaska after graduation, it'd be a good fit for us. We'll also be taking the same courses and working together. :}
Sky will be taking his vacation time soon so we can go up and tour the school and talk to the pertinent people.
In other news, we switched the boys to a grain-free cat food. It has made a world of difference in their coat quality, a lot less shedding and much shinier and smoother. They're also eating about half as much.
