Off to court?
Seems Boardwalk Equities is taking me to small claims court or what ever you call it.
4 years ago I was living in London Ontario with a non fur, and well we went our seperate ways on bad notes, I was supposed to be off the lease (had a signed letter saying I was.) but he trashed the place and they have not tracked him down but tracked me down instead.
They claim i owe them $5 k in damages, which I was not even there to do. 2 years ago I went to court for it and the judge dismissed the case, but now the collection agency has filed suit against me. >
