Hey, I read the info on the Save Joan community and how it says to ask you about the community and such. And so I'd like to ask, in your honest opinion, how well do you think the whole campaign to bring back Joan of Arcadia is going? I've only recently been involved in the whole ordeal to try and bring the series back, and I'd just like to know what you think will come of this bid to bring the series back.

Thanks.

It's all about point of view I suppose. I mean, on the one hand it could be said that we're not doing so well because, obviously, we haven't achieved our goal (YET!!!!), but on the other, we've managed to get some major attention from the media, people know what we want, and, judging from people joining the message board at the SaveJoan site ( www.savejoanofarcadia.com ) we're doing well.

I choose to believe that this show has a very loyal audience that will stay with it and continue to fight. There's still a lot to be done, especially as the Emmy's come up, because then 'Joan' will have more attention again, as it's been nominated. Honestly, I believe that, at the very least, we will get either a tv movie or a miniseries (the movie being more likely) to wrap up the loose ends from the second season. There is also the (very) faint hope that if such a movie (and the DVDs sales of the First season and the as-yet-unreleased second) did very well, there'd be interest in reviving the show.
