1. Crop the image for your own liking. Here's an example of mine:


2. Duplicate the layer.
3. Set the layer to soft light at 85%
4. Make a new color fill layer at #ffffcc, set it to soft light at 65%
5. Make another new color fill layer #ff9966, set it to color burn at 65%
6. Make a new adjustment curves layer, input at 24, output at 16
7. Set a new channel mixer layer.

1. +96
2. +16
3. -18
Greens
1. +2
2. +94
3. -4
Blues
1. -3
2. -12
3. 100
8. Set a new selective coloring layer.
Yellows
1. +32%
2. -10%
3. +8%
4. -12%
Neutrals
1. -10%
2. +59%
3. -11%
4. -13%
9. Set another selective coloring layer.
Neutrals
1. +94%
2. +16%
3. -23%
4. +4%
10. Select this texture:

Set it to screen at 35% [texture by kakapum]
11. Then select this glowy textures:

Set it to screen~
12. Add some text if you'd like.
