So yeah, who got straight A's this semester? That would be me...24 credits this semester and I got straight A's. Wow, that makes me smile. Ry got straight A's too, 7 of them. Our mom's went, "You two are great together in every aspect"...yay. So today we saw Patti LuPone and Michael Cerveris in "Sweeny Todd" and it was amazing. I expect numerous Tony Award nominations. It is NOTHING like the version that we all know. Go see it. I don't want to give anything away so I won't say why it's so amazing, but it is by far the best thing I have seen on Broadway in a really long time. We were in the front row and during curtain call when we were standing, if I had reached my arm out I could have touched them, That's how close we were. Patti LuPone shook her butt in Ry's mom's face, I made eye contact with the actors (especailly Sweeny Todd)and during curtain calls I looked at him and smiled and he smiled back, it was fantastic. Three of the actors were fresh out of College this past year and Ry and I went, ok, it's fine, if they did it so can we. If I hit Broadway before Hollywood, so be it, there will be no complaints. P.S., my baby brother Zack turned 16 today. How did that happen?!?
