(no subject)
Everyone has valentine's day entries, hmm.... I suppose I should have one too. I'm giving in to peer pressure, so what can I say. i got some really cute stuff from my parents, which I really wasn't expecting because I have a BF this year, but they got me a cute lion and an adorable pink and green pruse which is very appropriate. Jon's surprise on the other hand hasn't arrived. Although when I told him this today, he was sad, but I really don't need anything from him. It's really nice, and I'm excited, but this weekend really was enough. The little bit of time we get to spend together is so special and after all we have been through this month and the adjustments, it makes it all the more worthwhile. But yeah, just to be lazy with him for a whole day was amazing, but I think that it's partially because I had been so productive earlier so I didn't feel like I had anything else to do. But yeah, I'm not going to lie, it's really sad to see the campus pretty empty because a lot of people are out for the evening and I can't be with Jon, but I stil love him tons.
In other news, spring break is still really confusing and I'm kinda sad about not being able to go to New York now, but it's ok, It should still be a blast as long as a certain person doesn't go crazy.
Classes are going well, lots of exams betwen the end of last week and the end of this one, but since I'm pacing myself well, things seem to be going very ewll.
Not much else going on, and as you can tell i'm kinda apathetic about stuff. It's not sad or upset or anything like that, it's just apathy. There are some happy things coming up. Officer training for DZ is this weekend adn that should be cool and then next week is DZ bootcamp for me with the Chapter Consultant coming in to work on stuff with us and by us I mean mainly sarah K and I. but that should be interesting because we're having a dessert taste tester and there is some good stuff that people are making. Then next weekend I get to go home so that should be nice to spend a day with the fam.
Ok, I've rambled enough and now it's time to go on rounds and spend the evening working on my cross stitcha nd watch idol. Nice relaxed evening. I like it.
