(no subject)
this weekend...well it was alright. nothing incredibly great. i worked on friday night and that well...i guess that was interesting. around 10, Phil came and stayed with me for about an hour, erin and ali stopped by too. around 1, jen, leigh, and balls stopped by and visited. they waited for evy and ian. around 2:30, this guy came down and was kinda leaning over my shoulder. he was DEFINITELY drunk. he told me he was going to get something to eat and then he was going to join me watching friends. ick...so i definitely called trevor and had him sit with me downstairs. this guy came down and asked if his friend had come by. i told him he was at the vending machines, of course the guy had been there for a good 10-15 minutes, so we were starting to wonder. anyway i guess his friend dragged him out. After that, trevor hung around and i started talking Glenn. I really miss hanging out with him, other than for volleyball.
Saturday, i woke up way too early b/c i started remembering all the stuff that i forgot to do before formal. i got ready for the day but then ended up taking a half an hour nap, which was nice but a waste. At 2:30, catriona and i went to go pick up my minivan from the information desk to drive for formal, and well it was raining. they had no idea where the van was. and so we walked around the student center and krieg parking lot for about 15 minutes before going back in. we were soaking wet and cold. tittle was there where she had a problem with 3 witt vans. 1 didn't start, and the other 2 weren't there. so we had other people come down to claim their vehicles which half weren't there. so we ended up staying there to work it out until 4 which means i only had an hour to get ready. it wasn't fun scrambling.
Formal was fun though. the place was gorgeous! Tyler was a great date. we only danced once together but i had fun and it looked like he had a blast too. hehehe...
today was alright. good ol' sunday. slept in kate and jessie's last night and then went to sand volleyball. our team is pretty good, but the wind definitely sucked today. it definitely blew half of my serves out and had me misjudge the 2nd hit several times. grr...we lost. i really like playing with my team though. Kelly Cridge, Casey Cridge, Glenn, Spence, Beau, Jesse, and Mary. I really missed playing with them. Well that's it. on to another hell week. ja ne.
