It's been a while.
It has. First, like many of you all who would read this... It is a relief that the moderate majority of the America has finally awoke to the neo-con insanity that has been running riot in our government. The only thing better would be the resignation of D. Rumsfeld... what a happy day yesterday was.
Given all that, it isn't quite a revolution... after all it is not that the Democrats won because of some cohesive party-wide policy and rallying point, rather they were the only viable alternative to the political mess that we currently have.
It is still a happy occasion.
Now, not at all related to the above topic was a strange dream I had last night, which I think would make a great plot for a kind of horror/crime story. In the dream there were people, the bad guys (and they were that in the dream), who were stealing bits and pieces of body parts, particularly face parts, in order the reassemble their master. And their master was a kind of spectre or ghost, and like what you might find in some classic Japanese horror, it was a faceless ghost. As grisly as that may seem, I thought it was a pretty entertaining dream.
