holy redness
so yeah, i woke up this morning and went into the bathroom to put my contacts in like i usually do. meanwhile i have been rubbing my right eye thinking it is just the usual morning sleepy eye-goo stuff. so i look in the mirror and WOW my right eye is COMPLETELY BLOODSHOT. like really really bad, i couldn't see any whiteness at all. i freaked out a little bit becuase i was already late for work. i looked all over my eye and wouldn't you know it there were TWO CAT HAIRS IN MY EYE!!! gah, i love the kitty i was with but she can keep her hair to herself.
so i did what any anti-glasses wearing person would do and just put in my left contact, sprinkled some visine in my right eye, and drove to work sans right eye contact in. that was fun... it's a good think my left eye is the dominant one so that whilst driving i could mostly see clearly. and i played the "what can i see what can't i see game" i would close my left eye and try to make out things with my right eye and then i would open my left eye and be like "oh that's a reduce speed sign" probably not the best game to play driving to work, but luckily for me my drive is only 2 minutes. heh. but now it is bugging me to only have one contact in since i have to look at the computer screen and i think i am going to be brave and put my contact back in. wish me luck.
