I GOT TO DRIVE THE ONE HORSE SLEIGH!!!
on friday night, my parents and stephanie came up to visit. i was able to get them a free sleigh ride, which they enjoyed. then, we went out to dinner at applebee's and ate way too much food. it was really good the see them, i wished there had been more snow so they could see how pretty work can be and maybe we could have gone snowboarding....
BUT
I GOT TO DRIVE THE ONE HORSE SLEIGH!!! sooo much fun, even though i only "drove" for probably 200 feet and it was mostly a straight shot. but it was amazing!! very easy to steer, pull on left rein horse goes left, pull on right rein horse goes right. Roc the horse i was driving always seemed to veer slightly to the right, not sure why. Roc also started to trot towards the end and i immediately gave up the reins to meridith the "real driver".
so basically friday was a STUPENDIOUSLY FUN DAY!!!
...maybe next year i'll be the one horse driver....
