Goodness. You wouldn't think a little singing would cause so many problems, but as poetic as lyrics can be, they make straightforward communication difficult. Perhaps that's why some people have been so bold since this began. Quite unsettling.

I know what you mean. I'm more than ready for this to be done.

Some people don't have voices suited for singing. And a strange man insisted on serenading me in the marketplace the other day.

Serenading? Just some guy you didn't know?

I've never seen him before. He just came up to me and started singing.

Was he trying to ask you out?

That's what I thought at the time, but he seemed very intense to be hitting on someone who happened to pass by in the crowd.

Translation: I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Minus the part where he should swallow his pride. snobbiest November 6 2008, 21:04:24 UTC
In the case you are a small dark-haired woman serenaded by a dark-haired man, the lyrical expression was completely unintentional.

He's never been so humiliated. It's hard on him. snobbiest November 6 2008, 21:11:37 UTC
Yes.

My original message was completely lost once translated into musical composition.

That's not entirely surprising. I suppose there aren't necessarily song written for every occasion.

I'm surprised, though. I think we've only written once or twice across the journals.

Indeed.

Understandable. I had only written one entry ever, and that likely was our only correspondence. A pity that one cannot discern physical appearances through handwriting; otherwise, I would have furthered our written exchanges.

...I suppose.

Do you mind telling me what you were trying to tell me, then?

You appear to be the same woman as one who had been in my dream before 'hatching'; in addition, I had a memory experience revealing you as a very important person in whatever past life I had before.

Really? I wish I'd known! We could have talked...er...sung about it. I wonder if you knew Toushi too.

Why do you think I was important? Were we friends?

Similarly, if only I could have informed you earlier. Before these unusual operatic misconceptions. I have written to Toushi before; I take he has been revealed as someone from your past as well, correct?

Sentiments in my dream led to this belief; a memory I experienced from a crystal then confirmed it. However, it would be best discussed in person, preferably when we are capable of coherent speech.

Toushi was my friend, I'm sure of it. He saved me once. But I haven't remembered very much.

Oh...I suppose that makes sense. I hope this ends soon, then.
