I don't suppose anyone has an idea why a cat would suddenly take an interest in tea when he never has before? Honestly, I though he was over this juvenile kitten behavior...

Edgeworth, I'm very sorry, but there's been a minor tragedy at home.

not amused, someone call pest control, cats what are they good for, teacup tragedy, family affairs, exasperation much, charming domesticity

A tragedy, hm? Tea and a cat? This, it sounds like a story.

Not much of one. My cat decided to destroy my roommate's loose tea. Perhaps he was looking for catnip.

Is catnip a normal part of tea? It is no wonder I was no fan of it.

I doubt that very much. He was probably just bored.

Ah. Cats.

They are the ones with tails, no? That should be given attention to not claw up the place? I believe I have it correct this time.

Not the only ones. Many animals have tails. But yes, that's right. Scratching posts are very helpful.

But, I take it, they are not enough because he got into the tea? Or is it that he does not often get into things and this is a surprise?

He's usually such a good boy. I wonder if he's simply bored with his toys. It has been a while since we bought him anything new.

You buy toys for cats? I thought that toys were for the other four-legged things. Waggly tails. Floppy ears. Disturbing name. [Pentaps.] Oh yes. Poopies.

Ah, yes. That is it. Puppies. I was very close, no?

Yes. Puppies. You did very well. {Sure, why not.]

Words, they are tricky sometimes. They are close and then they are not the same.

Unfortunately, communication is often a lot more difficult than we'd like.

It is, no? Though there are easy means. Two glasses and a bottle, I find, are universal.

I'd have to agree with that. A language most people speak.
