It's come to my attention that with the recent disorganization in Edensphere, all the new arrivals may have extra trouble acclimating. Aside from learning where everything is, I think it's important to know who people are. I would, but I want these drawings to depict people accurately. Justice isn't scary or mean, but he generally has a very [pause for mental word search] dignified expressions.

That's artistic interpretation. Besides, ears aren't important. No one recognizes other people by their ears.

Artists are difficult to understand at the best of times. They're probably just not able to recognize it as art 'cos there's no urns in.

Only way to tell if it's art or not is if it's got an urn. General rule of thumb amongst the uneducated public.
