I learned in geology today that because the human mouth cannot detect the grit of sediment particles in clay, it is sometimes used as filler in foods. So, the fluffy stuff in three musketeers bars actually contains clay filler.
On another note, Vassar is reimbursing me to go run around midtown manhattan this weekend, all in the name of research. So that is where I'll be. Clyde told me about the french fry restaraunt and their delicious mango curry sauce, so I think I'll check that out.
