(no subject)
Didn't get the job at Learning Works this summer. :-( I spent FOREVER on that application and they pretty much told me that I wasn't diverse enough for their program. Yea, I'm white... big deal!
Anyways... I'm applying for some other internships now, hopefully they will work out. Unfortunately, the applications are all due by the 7th. Wish me luck!
I can't come home this weekend because I have a job interview (for tutoring next school year) on sunday evening and tons of homework. I'm going to try to come home next weekend though which will be nice. Plus, Michelle is super tired and busy so it'll give her a little while to recover.
I don't have a roommate or a room next year... I'm hoping that'll just work itself out. Call me crazy, but it's kind of dumb that they require all sophomores to live on campus, yet do not have enough rooms for all of us. hmmmmm....
On the bright side, I rocked an Argumentation test today!!!! I don't think anyone who hasn't had Fred for a prof can understand the joy that this brings me, but just trust that it's a big deal.
Yay!!! huge rugby tourney tomorrow!!!!! so excited!!!
