We've come to take the castle!
I was giving Coren a ride home the other day and I was telling him about this castle that is randomly placed off of rout 15 towards Leesburg. It’s not super big, but pretty damn big nonetheless. I thought of a fun thing to do, which could be an epic fail, but could be pretty silly.
I want to leave a note on the door written on a scroll saying something like “word from the west: the black night is going to try to take the castle. You’ve been warned.” Maybe send another one when the date gets closer “the rival army will be arriving in a fortnight.” And after a week leave a big pile of filled water balloons.
After another week (that would amount to a fortnight I think….14 days?) show up at sun rise with like 30 people and a shit load of water balloons. I’ll have one of those things that amplifies your voice and say shit like “we’ve come to take the castle! Lay down your arms and you will not be harmed.” Hopefully they would have gotten the hint that we want to play…and will have an equally sized army.
Of course, we’ll bring kegs and have a good time whether we take the castle or not.
