CBS News' Ed Bradley Dead At 65
(CBS) NEW YORK Veteran "60 Minutes" correspondent Ed Bradley died Thursday morning of leukemia at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital. He was 65.
The 2005-06 season of "60 Minutes" marked Bradley's 26th year with the groundbreaking, critically hailed CBS News magazine. Bradley collected 19 Emmys, the most recent for a segment on the reopening of the racially motivated murder case of Emmett Till.

I always liked his calm demeanor when he interviewed people. He was thoughtful, smart, but no afraid to ask the tough questions.
