(no subject)
it's been forever since posting, so let's see what's new with me.... (other than i can't type today since that took about 4 trys to get the first sentance out)
anywho, works been, well, work. it's kinda sucked and i haven't been too happy lately. maybe the 100+ degree days and 95% humidity haven't been making it agreeable all around. finally the heat wave seems to have broken, so i think it's going to start being a bit more managable. everyday coming home with a migraine hasn't been super exciting.
in other news, we bought a ton of furniture the other weekend since we had mostly unpacked and figured it was time to start filling up more spaces. he ehee. we got james a love seat for the attic so now he can sit up there, a full bedroom set for our room, and a coffee and side tables for the living room. it was time to get a queen sized bed, although that will come later. for now we have the queen sized frame and will have our full there for a few months. i've gotta get as much time in with my knees in james' back before we upgrade bed sizes :) oh, and i love having all our old furniture packed into the bathroom and the spare room. i got in to brush my teeth this morning, but that's it until we can get stuff moved out. although if i could make it to the shower, i could totally watch tv while i was in there!
as for unpacking and moving in, we are well on our way. we've still got stuff to unpack and still have boxes to go through in the garage, but most of the stuff in the house has been put away into proper places.
as for wedding type plans, we had one of our last meetings with father whyte the other week. we're all set until we have a pre-cana all day session, and then we'll have to meet again with our priest and actually plan the wedding ceremony. i really can't beleive that it's only about 10 months away. i guess we should actually sit down and start to plan stuff!
other than a few big decisions, we really haven't sat down and talked about anything yet. although i think we may have our first song.... but that's about it!

me thinks maybe we should actually sit down and go through the checklist or something! otherwise we may just be ending up at chuck e cheese, which hell would be pretty cool!
i want to put the general invitation out there that should anyone be coming up this way, or maybe heading into nyc and/or boston, we are always open to having people crash here (should we be in town and not in boston ourselves that weekend!)
