(no subject)
I had work yesterday until 4. I find myself completely unmotivated there. I probably only sold $300..? I just get so much rejection that I was not caring. We don't have a lot of sizes for people it seems like. I just can't seem to find any motivation even though I know I need that paycheck. There's motivation for that but I still can't seem to care. That's why I'm really hoping for that job with CSID. Maybe I might find that job a lot more pleasant. Don't have to worry about sales or anything. Just customer service and chilling in front of a computer.
I got to drive myself to work for the first time though on Saturday! It was weirdly comfortable to drive myself there. Funny thing, I took my Katy Perry CD to listen to in the car but Brandon left his Nightwish CD in there so I decided to listen to that instead! I liked driving myself home. Also, took a detour to Barnes & Noble before going home. I got worried I was going to get lost getting to and from there but I lucked out! I had to stop at a Starbucks and get on my phone before I figured out how to get to Brodie from William Cannon...which is apparently NOT that far! I just need to study Austin a bit more and get a nice working GPS. *nodnod*
Had a lot of fun with my cousin and Valerie today. <3
Of course my cousin wanted to go to Chipolte and when we were done there went to go pick Val up. We went to Asahi Imports and I got some buckwheat noodles and a chocolate cornet cookie like from Lucky Star. ^_^
OMG it was SO good! Omnomnom! :D
I got the buckwheat noodles for some Yakisoba I have been wanting to make for years now since Maruchan started making their sauce oddly different to where it doesn't suit my tastes and honestly makes my stomach hurt. :(
But I WILL make it myself and it will be tasty!
Anywho, we went next door to Dragon's Lair and spent awhile there too. Got to pet the kitties and one of them bapped me. ;.; Got a small scratch on mah hand and Brandon informed me if I don't let them sniff me they get upset. I'll remember that. I'm not very comfy with kitties honestly, I like doggies. I can't wait to have a puppy pouncing around in this apartment. *sigh*
I'm getting off track again! Cousin got some mangas...I'm jealous. I haven't bought a manga in months. All yaoi as always though. She's a dirty birdie! lol
Try to come home from Burnet was an adventure. We somehow made it close to Round Rock and had to get Val to get on her phone to GPS us the way back. "Take the I-35 for 18 miles" MFW WHAT!? Least it was a straight shot and finally found our way back here. Val and I went to Wal-Mart after attempting to go to Sam's for a hot dog. They were closed. :/
BUT! We got dogs! lol And watched True Blood. <3
Brandon was awake so he was a little lost. He's seen bits and pieces of it but I haven't had the chance to sit him down and actually make him watch the entire series through and through. I want to share it with him. *sniff*
Well, that was my weekend! I must go to bed now, got work tomorrow.
