Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean
I am inspired! There is this guy in my class that is simply amazing (not to mention 很可愛!). He is Chinese and he knows how to speak/write/read Mandarin, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Korean. That was one of my dreams before, to try to master all those languages -- well except for Taiwanese. He learned it all in college...I think. You know what that means??? If I tried hard enough, I could have been like that too. =(
Since it is kind of too late for me, all I can do is to master Chinese. One of my goals would be to become somewhat fluent in Chinese and be able to read/write it without a great dependency on translators/dictionaries. By the time I come back from Hong Kong, that goal should be accomplished... otherwise, I should be flogged. 6 months in Asia should be enough time for me to become fluent in Chinese...
