It had been too long since he talked to Haku, so Teddy knocked on the door. "Haku?"

"Oh Teddy! I'm glad you're here," Haku paused as he was closing up his bag. "I have to go back home... temporarily and I need someone to watch my pet for creature class. Can you help me?"

Blinking in response, Teddy just nodded dumbly. "Uh, sure. Everything okay?"

"Not really," Haku admitted sheepishly. "You know all those letters I was writing when I first got here? Well it looks like Zabuza got them all at once... and uhh.. I might have made it sound kind of bad." He rubbed his neck and went to make sure that all of the pockets on his bag were closed. "So he's um... coming here to 'teach people a lesson' and I have to stop him."

"I'll be fine," Haku nodded with a smile. "Zabuza won't hurt me. I just don't want him hurting anyone here, so it's best to stop him before he does and explain."

Turning to give Haku a bit of privacy, Teddy squinted into the tank. "You sure? Maybe you got gypped."

Teddy continued to examine the tank closely. The one of the stick moved.

Okay, little weird. "Walking sticks? Those are your pets?"

"Just one," Haku explained and sat down on his bed. "It's better than one person who got a spider." The big bad ninja had to supress a shudder.
