This project is going so slow Alistair is not helping at all! I need to compile the stuff for my final too. ARGH. I’m almost done with this class though. I can do thins! The 30th is the last day, I believe. If I can get this stuff done, I’ll have an easy peasy week next week.

In Dragon Age, I got to learn Alistair is a royal bastard. Well, more specifically he’s the bastard child of King Maric and a servant woman. But joking with him about it and calling him a royal bastard made him chuckle. So that was funny. I really like how sensitive he can be too. Makes me just want to hug him. Got to meet his sister, wanted to slap her so bad. And I know most of that is because I am so terribly Alistair bias. I’m running around doing side quests; go back to party camp to sell stuff (it’s the easiest place for me to find the shop). And Alistair approaches me and wants to go back to my tent. Romance with Alistair, success! Actually, it makes me really happy he addresses my character as “my dear.”

I also got Zevran to join my party last night. He seems alright. He has a pretty cool accent and he’s also blonde. He’s also a romance-able character (along with Leliana) but I don’t think I’ll necessarily have romance with them. I’m pretty happy with Alistair. I know I’ll have to play as a male to impress Morrigan; maybe I’ll impress Zevran and Leliana then too. At least, then, I wouldn’t be tempted by Alistair.

One thing I find a little frustrating is the no clear markers for what I should be doing next. I have a really hard time switching modes. I just played FFXIII so I’m used to being told “You have to go here.” In DA, it’s been, you can go here, here, or here at your earliest convenience. Otherwise, it’s really not so bad. I love running around and doing what I want. So many side quests!

I finished the Circle of the Magi! URK. Do not like that place at all. Now I’m doing side quests and saving Redcliffe.
