I got S-Rank armor last night! YAY! What happened was I got a set of S-Rank wings that I couldn’t wear because I didn’t have the same level armor. So I took off my old wings and made the promise I would not have my wings again until I was able to get S rank armor. So I went several missions (eleven or so) without my wings. And Cherri and I ended up getting an Urgent Missions. It was A-Rank with level 100+ monsters. We thought we were going to die several times (I’m level 89 and she’s level 82), we were mildly concerned about the level difference. Good news! We survived and rocked that mission. I got several Orpa Weaves (-90 points defense, but better for everything else and S-Rank). So I put it on so I could have my wings back~! I’m so happy. Also, I’m about halfway to level 90 now. My goal this weekend was to get level 90 and S-Rank Armor. I’m ¾ of the way there. I’ve also been getting some nice S-Rank weapons, although none of which I’m particularly skilled at using. Right now I can only use three weapons - all S-Rank: knuckles, tech-mags, and wands. I’ll be able to use Whips, slicers, and R-mags again soon. Haven’t been using them very much because I don’t have S-Rank weapons (I do for Whips now).
Anyways back on topic of missions, since Cherri and I were able to do level 100, Urgent, A Rank missions, we were feeling confident to do others. We survived and so we’ve been getting much nicer treasure~! We have to go through the places slowly, but, if I keep us buffed (which I can be obsessive compulsive about now) we’re pretty good to go. I always bring MySynth along too. I’ve got a maid type now, but I think I liked my waiter better. But, I’m just happy because before Cherri was really hesitant to even take level 90 missions. Now she’s like “Let’s do those level 100 ones!”
Feeling really good today. I finished my Excel project!
