• Chapter 8 and Choose and Complete 1 of the Practice Strategies 1-5 and post ONE to the conference
• Chapter 9 and Choose and Complete 1 of the Practice Strategies 1-4 and post ONE to the conference
• Respond to Conference Topics (do not wait till end-you MUST respond regularly throughout the unit. Your grade depends on you responding in a timely fashion, with quality, and quantity)
• Write Short Creative Nonfiction Narrative (no longer than 1 page) and Prose Poem (apx. 1 paragraph)

o Review through Course Conference
o Submit to Assignment Folder for grade by September 26
• Write Creative Nonfiction Narrative (no longer than 4 pages):
o Turn in to Study Group for peer review by October 3 by midnight,
o complete peer review of 2 peers’ works by October 6/by midnight,
o turn in to Assignment Folder for grading by October 10 by midnight.
I might have mentioned it a few days ago but I cleaned up a lot of files from my computer. Vincent has been running much better since.
I love my writing class. I get feedback! WHOO! Most classmates ignore me. But I’m actually getting feedback, and better is that its critiques that want to help me improve. I already knew I needed to work on descriptions, but, one classmate specifically said “give the descriptors more oomph”. Like my descriptions are okay, but they’d be better if I didn’t use the most common way to describe. I can work with that! It’s just nice to get some feedback. I need to finish chapter 3 before I can work on the next exercise and I need to get a move on for my Creative Nonfiction Narrative and Prose Poem.
In Disgaea 2, I’m totally Prism Black. Well, Adell is. Rozy wanted to be Prism Pink. It just made me laugh like a maniac. I don’t know how many chapters are in this game, but Adell’s mom mentioned something like “We’re getting close to the final chapter”. So I’m probably close to done. I’m on Chapter 12, I think. I just finished Shinra Tower.
Also I’m amused that Mikari still dreams I was fired from Guardian HQ. I saved the universe and they fired me. Jerks. D; But that’s okay because when Phantasy Star Portable 2 comes out, I’m just going to pretend like I’m a super awesome rogue. XD Before that though, I need monies.
